Those fortunate enough to have a relatively long stay in Rosolina Mare, have in addition to the pleasure of the beach, relaxation by the at the sea and also many possibilities to practice sports in contact with nature.  Here are the main ones:

Horse-Riding:
The Horse Centre of Rosolina Mare, which is located about one kilometre from the Hotel Milan, organizes among its various activities, excursions along the coast to, the sea and above all, to the Po Delta Regional Park.

Bikes:
Hotel Milan is perfect for bike lovers: Both those who simply enjoy a pleasant trip to Rosolina or along the coast; and those who arrive and depart on the saddle,  we offer a secure garage where you can keep your two-wheeled friends.
For those who want instead a slightly more challenging vacation, we also offer a mountain bike rental service.

Nordic Walking:
This discipline, taken from the people of North Europe (in particular Finland) was the old way to practice for cross country skiers, even in summer, without snow walking with the traditional sticks. Practiced in the correct way, it is a technique that gets nearly all the muscles of the body working, bringing great benefits to your circulation and well-being. Around the Hotel Milan in Rosolina Mare you'll be spoiled for choice on where to do Nordic Walking: would you prefer the sea or the Po Delta?

Kite surfing:
300 meters from Hotel Milan in Rosolina Mare is a kite surfing school that will teach you, if you want, to surf "driven" and propelled by a kite. This is a sport for everyone (since it does not require physical strength, taking advantage of the wind) and you also learn it in a few lessons.  Using the best board and sail, you will experience a unique excitement between sky and sea.

Bird watching:
For the more contemplative and for nature lovers, there is the Po Delta with wonderful scenery, populated by hundreds of species of beautiful and reclusive birds. From Rosolina Mare you can go on excursions in nature and enjoy bird watching in search of flamingos, herons, hawks. Armed only with patience and a good pair of binoculars, if available.
